Delivery Times

  • Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (UK Time). Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day, which may add one day to your delivery estimate.
  • Order Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once processed, your order is handed to one of our trusted carriers.
  • Transit Time: 6–8 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to factors outside our control.

Carrier Services
We work with reliable carriers to deliver across the United Kingdom, including Royal Mail, DPD and Evri.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: every order within the United Kingdom ships free, with no minimum spend.
  • Paid Shipping (if applicable): for destinations outside our free shipping area, costs are calculated and shown at checkout.
